
The floral fragrance advances in Earl Grey Rose Latte, gently pulled to the fore by rose water. A sprinkling of petals adds feminine charm to this simple yet satisfying beverage.
Earl Grey Rose Latte
Makes 2 to 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2½ cups whole milk
- 3 Earl Grey tea bags
- ÂĽ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Garnish: rose petals
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat milk over medium heat just until bubbles form around edges of pan (do not boil). Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags.
- Return saucepan to medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, whisking constantly, or until milk begins to steam again. Remove from heat. Add sugar, rose water, and vanilla extract. Pour into desired cups. Garnish with rose petals, if desired.
