Venture to Scotland’s Mountains and Moors: Exploring Edinburgh

Distillery in Scotland - Victoria Magazine

The Demijohn distillery, on Victoria Street, is just four minutes from Edinburgh Castle. The shop is filled to the brim with not only spirits but also flavored vinegars, oils, and creams, as well as a tempting array of jams and chutneys. Inspired by an experience the owner had during a visit to Italy, Demijohn’s allows customers to choose a container from the store’s sundry selection of bottles, which are then filled with their favorite beverages.
