“It is possible to hold up old photographs of each room and see the same views today,” Hahn says. “The actual objects used by the family are in the same places.” In 1942, just four years after the last Campbell descendant had passed away, the home was converted into a museum operated by a nonprofit foundation. Through its many artifacts and an album of sixty photos, visitors are presented with an intriguing glimpse of history from the perspective of the family who lived it.
