I received my copy of Tea Pleasures and have thoroughly enjoyed looking through each page and will start selecting recipes to try this cold and dark winter !
Having a long line of English ancestry, tea has been a daily ritual for me for many years. I make a pot each morning and especially love the opulence and luxury of sterling silver and bone china combined with loose tea and buttered toast – which always delights and prepares me for the challenges of the day ahead !
