Fatema particularly enjoys baking the sublime confections she posts on Instagram, such as abricotines—almond cookies sandwiched with apricot preserves—and chocolate tartlets. Although she sometimes creates pastries for charity events and weddings, she’s put her professional ambitions on hold while she devotes her energy to being a stay-at-home mother. “I strive to always live in the moment and enjoy every part of it with gratitude,” says Fatema. “I want to be able to create experiences and memories for my family that can live in their hearts forever.”
