A Harvest of Delights at Cider Hill Farm

Cider Hill Cellars is a passion project, says third-generation farmer and cidery founder Chad Cook. “From planting, pruning, picking, and pressing to fermentation,” he says, “every aspect of what we do is guided toward producing cider of the highest quality.” The label brews seasonal vintages of hard cider, with afternoon tastings held in the store on weekends. According to Chad, quantities will always be kept within the limits of what the land can sustain—a promise that reflects the family’s broader agricultural mission to put down roots and grow with love.
