Ingredients
  1. 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons spiced rum
  2. 3/4 cup Rosemary Simple Syrup (see below)
  3. 1/3 cup pecan liqueur
  4. 6 cups cold hard pear cider
  5. Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs and pear slices
Instructions
  1. Fill a large pitcher half full with ice cubes; set aside. Add rum, simple syrup, and liqueur; stir to combine. Pour into individual glasses, adding more ice cubes if needed. Garnish each with a rosemary sprig and a pear slice, if desired; serve immediately.

Rosemary Simple Syrup

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 4 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, compine water, sugar, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, and let cool completely; strain. Refrigerate, in an airtight container, until ready to use, or for up to 2 weeks.
