Shiitake Mushroom Bacon
- 1 (3.5-ounce) package shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss mushrooms with sesame oil, olive oil, and salt until well coated. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly spread mushrooms. Spread mushrooms in an even layer on prepared pan.
- Bake until golden brown and crispy, 20 to 23 minutes, checking after 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
