Garnish: white chocolate shavings, maraschino cherries
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons water, liqueur, and gelatin; whisk to combine. Bring mixture just to a boil over medium heat; remove from heat, add white chocolate, and whisk until smooth. Set aside to let cool.
Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese at medium-high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add cream, confectioners’ sugar, and cherry extract; beat until combined. Add cooled white chocolate mixture, and beat until combined.
Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a round piping tip; pipe into chocolate cups. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and maraschino cherries, if desired.
