Red Wine Vinaigrette
 
Makes approximately ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, shallot, mustard, orange zest and juice, and salt. Whisk in olive oil.
