Crispy Chickpeas
- 2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Toss together chickpeas, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on prepared pan.
- Bake until browned and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on pan completely.
