In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Gradually add kale, stirring until kale is wilted. Add broth, and cook, stirring, until kale is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 8 minutes. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
