  1. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided
  2. 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half, and divided
  3. 1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers, divided
  4. 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
  5. 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, divided
  6. 4 teaspoons Marsala, divided
  7. 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt, divided
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
  9. 4 large eggs, divided
  10. 2 tablespoons panko, divided
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Evenly divide cheese, olives, peppers, cream, oregano, Marsala, salt, pepper, eggs, and panko among 4 (4-ounce) petite au gratin dishes. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
