Antique Influence: Huff Interior

Old-World tradition meets contemporary comfort in the home of Susan and Don Huff, where the patina of aged-oak paneling in the living room serves as a fitting backdrop for character-infused antiques.

As a wedding floral designer, Susan is skilled at creating artistic bouquets to honor once-in-a-lifetime occasions. One such design inspired the hand-painted arrangements in these arched insets on walls dismantled from the bank office.

  1. I remember this feature story when it was published and I loved it then (as I still do now!). I like and prefer a gentle mix of traditional with contemporary accents and this fits my style rather well – especially the wood paneled walls in the living room. The chairs and sofas look very comfortable and inviting to residents as well as visiting guests!
