The artisanal look of Miette Confiserie and its beautiful and delicious treats provide a charm that’s perfect for children’s parties and adult gatherings, alike. Miette sells about 20 percent original treats, and the rest comes from outside sources, including several local San Francisco candy makers. The store is famous for its cupcakes, Parisian macarons, English toffee, and multi-flavored caramels.
